MEMEE 2023, by focusing on studies related to modern enterprise management, engineering management, project management, innovation management, information management, public management, tourism management, higher education, educational reform, physical education and educational engineering, constitutes a very important part in a series of international academic events. It will bring together researchers from the world and providing them with a high-qualified platform for them to share their latest studies and inspiring findings.

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere, and will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. All accepted papers of 2023 International Conference on Modern Enterprise Management and Educational Engineering (MEMEE 2023) will be published by international journal, which will be indexed by CNKI, Crossref, Google Scholar and CPCI databases.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
